This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: Yes
Threadhopping: Within reason, why not?
Fourthwalling: I'd prefer not, though I'm not even sure how that'd work.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'll let you know, but I'm pretty easy going.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Sure. Probably won't reciprocate but won't stop you.
Kissing this character: Sure. Same as above.
Flirting with this character: You can flirt away! He may flirt back.
Fighting with this character: You can try, but he probably won't fight back. Vars will go out of his way to avoid conflict unless it's to even out a balance. Most likely, he'll blink away and appear elsewhere until the attack attempts end. That is, unless he's against a foe who won't let him leave. Then he might get annoyed.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): It might be hard. If your character has skill in dealing with powerful other-worldly/dimensional beings who exist to enforce balance by their strict standards, you're welcome to injure him however it makes sense.
Killing this character: Could totally happen if you have the ability/power to deal with his sort of thing, but for most I suspect it would be hard. But hey, it is possible. He bleeds purple energy clouds. I'd suggest sending me a message before trying in earnest.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Probably not possible.
Warnings: Vars comes from another dimension and has taken it upon himself to keep things balanced and orderly as he sees fit. He's not likely to take any direct action against anyone, but he will do his very best to ensure that equality, as he views it, is reached.
